Exporting everything we hold about you, and erasing your account, are both immediate from Account settings. Neither needs a message to us.

Write below for anything else: a correction the account form cannot make, an objection, a complaint, or a question the privacy notice and the terms leave open. Your message and the address you give are kept for 180 days and then removed, with no account needed for that to happen. If you are signed in they also travel with the rest of your data: they come out in your export and they go in the erasure, which can take them sooner.
